Located in the world cultural heritage - the ancient city of Pingyao, Shanxi Pingyao Fengyan Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pingyao Fengyan Group and a member of China Aluminum Industry Group. We are one of the leading manufacturers of cathode carbon blocks for aluminum electrolysis cells in China. Our annual output is 30,000 metric tons, and our main products are high graphitic & graphitized cathode carbon blocks, which have been sold to Rusal, Hydro, Alcoa and some Indian aluminum companies.As a new and growing company, we have advanced technology & equipment and complete reliable means of detection. We use high-quality calcined anthracite, graphite fragment and calcined petroleum coke as raw materials, and adopt high-closed & small-pollution MFSR-125 to deliver materials, and fully automatic computer to control batch feeder and monitor baking temperature. Ash content and resistance of our products are lower, density and strength are higher. Electrical power is supplied by the power plant of Fengyan Group. In April 2004, we were awarded with ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System Certificate. Dedicated to the research, development and production of cathode carbon blocks, our purpose is to supply low resistance & high-performance products for electrolytic aluminum smelters to reduce energy consumption and increase capacity.
